Constant cramping!!!!!!

Is anyone else having this symptom? I have been having constant period-like cramps for about a week. No spotting at all. I have had three blood tests and my level is rising normally. But it makes it very hard for me to stay calm when I have this constant cramping all day long! It doesn't help that I'm constipated too!!! Anyone else having this problem and want to ease my mind?
