Urinals in female bathrooms?

So at a shopping mall in my town they're putting urinals in the female bathrooms. And personally I don't mind is a transgender person uses the female bathroom if they identify as a woman. But it does make me a little unconformable to take my daughter into the bathroom where she could see a transgender woman using a urinal because they haven't had a sex change. I do NOT think these people are going to hurt her I just don't want my daughter to see a penis at the age of 3. I don't want her looking a my a vagina either and I just feel like a urinal isn't very private. So I think the urinals could be put in a stall like a toilet that way everyone gets their privacy. What do you think?
