Baby carriers?! Help

Question

Does anybody have any good recommendations on baby carriers? I'm a FTM and not sure which brand or type is best! I will be walking my dog so having a carrier is going to really help! I want my husband to be able to carry the baby also and he is 6ft. I've heard mixed about ergo baby and baby bijorn.... I didn't really want to spend hundreds but want one that I can use from newborn up to toddler age...didn't want baby getting too hot either... Any recommendations?

I got the baby K'Tan Breeze which was recommended to me by my cousin who has 3 little girls and she loves it!! The breeze is made with a lighter material which is perfect for me being in Texas with 100+ temps right now 😓 and it was only like $60-$70 so not bad!

I got a Lillebaby complete all seasons. It's very similar to the Airflow one but allows you to have a little bit more warmth in the winter time. But it goes from 10-45 lbs and works for tall people as well. It's slightly more pricey but I got it with a coupon.

I got a Lilliebaby complete airflow! It doesn't require an infant insert and is made of a lighter material so you won't be so hot...I've heard wonderful things about it but I think it's a little over $100

I picked up a ring sling, woven, and stretchy. I hear that lots of folks like a mai tie as a first carrier. Just check and see what's in your price range that you might like. AND you can keep an eye out for sales at places like target for your soft sided carriers. My target always seems to have them marked down.

Hi I'm a Babywearing educator! If or brand new wearers I recommend a lillebaby carrier or a ring sling. Woven wraps are my fave but they have a small learning curve. In this pic my oldest is in the ring sling her baby sister will be in very soon hopefully.

I got a Maya Ring Sling for the early days and quick trips later on. I'm planning on getting a Lillebaby All Season as well. I did get a Chimparoo Multi 2.0, which is like a lillebaby but it's black and pink, so DH probably won't sport it. I didn't get an ergo this go because the infant insert looks sweaty for a summer baby. Plus there is no sense in having to buy a carrier and still buy extra stuff when other carriers already come with those features.
