I had my iud (Skyla) removed after 2 years. I bled the following night (5/19/16) it feels like a regular period, cramps and all. It lasted exactly 7 days (my regular periods last about 5 days). I got my next period exactly 2 weeks later (14days) which is not my regular but I figure that my body is still adjusting to being off of Skyla. This one began 6/09/16 and ended 6/14/16. As I am approaching 1 month off of Skyla I hope to see some positive results within the next month or so..
