First time TTC - never been pregnant before

Hi everyone :) I am a total newbie looking for advice on TTC for the first time. Some details about me:

I am 31

Never been on birth control

Have normal, regular periods (not painful or heavy at all)

Longterm partner (13 years)

Never been pregnant or even had a scare

Only started TTC last 2 months

I am slightly paranoid that because I have never been pregnant that maybe there is something wrong with me? Not even a scare at any time in my life... At what point would you advise I see a doctor? And what kinds of testing would they do? Lol these questions probably seem dumb but I like to be prepared for even the worst outcome. Thank you!!
