It's been a year since we started TTC & nothing!

Anybody have any advice? AF is due Monday praying since we're going into our 12 month of trying that this is it! I'm so tired of being disappointed & everyone I know it's getting pregnant. Well baby dust to you all & thank you for any advice given its very appreciated! 🙏🏼👶🏻🙏🏼💖💙
