Sore😢😭

Hi can someone please help me!!

So a few days ago I had intercourse with my partner and about a day later these small red lumps appeared between my vagina and anus😓 it hurts/stings when I pee and I'm just in constant pain. I don't know what to do! Thought I'd ask on here, to see if someone has had the same issue before I consult my gp! Would help heaps!
