Breast pain disappearing 6w1d

Good morning everyone,

I keep having scares. This morning I woke up feeling fantastic with zero breast pain. Literally none. Do any of you have breast soreness that comes and goes??? I'm hardly having any symptoms lately.... I don't know maybe I'm over thinking it. I just wish something would stay consistent so that I can stop worrying.

I go in for a scan tomorrow and I'm terrified that they won't be able to find the heart beat.
