PROGESTIN ONLY PILL/MINI PILL REGULATE PERIOD?

Any experiences with/thoughts on the progestin only pill/mini pill?

Does it help regulate your period?

I had my baby in October of last year and I'm still currently breastfeeding so I've had reservations about oral contraceptives.

I've recently been having heavier menstruation (TMI but red blood for days 😖), as well as plan to go on a vacation September 14-21 of this year (right when I'm due to start my menstrual cycle 😭), so I'm desperately looking for a way to sort of reset my system.

Anybody use the mini pill to delay their period? If so, how?

I can say that on that pill I was EXTREMELY emotional , and think I was spiraling into depression , so please be careful 🙌🏼🙄

No. I was regular and when I got on it, it made me extremely irregular until I got off of it this year
