I'm 12 DPO and AF is due today. It's usually starts like clockwork and so far it hasn't shown up. I'm not even crampy. I usually start cramping the day beforehand. The only symptom I'm feeling is very tender breasts. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was a negative. I'm beyond frustrated and don't even know what to think. I know I need to be patient. This is only my second cycle off of the pill so is it possible that he hormones of the pill are still working their way out of my system? I was on the pill for close to 8 years before stopping them. Any advice/inquiries/suggestions?? 😰
