Please help!!! Im extremely insecure about my body (pictures included) and need help with weight loss!!!

I eat fairly healthy. I try to calorie count and always end up with between 1500-2200 calories a day. I drink lots of water. I'm active, I play basketball, my job includes a TON of walking and I run and bike about once a week. I have a strict dairy free diet. I just really hate my body. I NEVER wear bathing suits in public and I don't even let my boyfriend see me. Please, leave any tips or advice. I'm sick of being afraid to wear what I want and I'm sick of hiding myself from my boyfriend.😭 I want to feel sexy and feel good in my skin. Please comment ladies💜
