Vicious dog?!

My SO and I are trying to find a place so we can keep our pitbull. This shocked me....I understand they have to abid by rules but this sucks...

A vicious dog is a specific breed that's on a list insurance companies have that are known for being the most dangerous. Where I live you either aren't allowed to have a pet or have to pay a pet fee each month. Sadly it's standard in a lot of places now because other people have ruined it for the  landlords

My German Shepherd is considered a "vicious dog" as well, and it's bullshit. He's afraid of the heater vent and storms. And beards.

Vicious dog list is just a list of breeds that are "known" to have dangerous tendencies. I don't know the exact list but I do know dobermans, German shepherds, and pits are on that list.

I have a pitbull x German Shepard cross and a bull mastif x Rottweiler cross. Both are "aggressive" breeds. My boyfriend and I have found it nearly impossible to find places to live that will accept the dogs.
