Appointments 😳

Okay so the last check up I had with my gyno was three years ago. Only reason I'm going now is because the nurse won't give me my next dose of depo without having been examined. I've always been able to get out of the breast exam and he's never even done the recto vaginal on me. I'm terrified he's going to do it now that I'm 18 😰 any advice? Any tips on getting out of it? 😅
