Contractions?
Last time i gave birth it began with water breaking, so it was easy to know when to go to the hospital. And i don't remember having BH as cramps, my belly was just getting hard from time to time. Also i had back labor, so I felt a lot of spine pain but no belly contractions.
Now i'm having period-like cramps in the past 3 days. Not consistent, but I don't know, are these contractions or BH?
