Plan B + birth control?

Ok so when I first started birth control (end of March) I had unprotected sex three days after I started it and got super nervous and took a plan B the next day. Around the end of May (my placebo week) my boyfriend and I had a slip up so I took a plan B again. I had a really light period that day and the day before but it stopped after I took the plan B (which I know is normal). I did some reading and now realize I shouldn't have take plan B while on the pill at all. And ive done it twice. I know that this can screw with your cycle... how long would you estimate it'll be messed up? My next placebo week is in nine days... I'm just wondering if my period is going to come at all.
