I'm so scared

Ok so my fiancé and I had sex for the first time and what do you know I get pregnant. It wasn't his first time but it was mine so I'm thinking it was supposed to happen. I'm 4w2d and I've been cramping a lot. I had some spotting and BD took me to the ER to be on the safe side. I still tested pregnant all the way across but I was told my levels were low at 194. We're so attached to this bundle already and we don't want to lose him. Anyone else been through this?? TIA
