ok so now my period is 3 days late and I'm starting to feel hopeful

It's my last clomid round, the 4th round, before Ivf so I really hope this is it

clomid has made my irregular cycles a good 28 days long with definite ovulation on each of my last cycles at day 14 so I was a little surprised that af didn't come on day 28, I'm too used to failing

the last 18 months since my blighted ovum miscarriage has seen me lose confidence in my body and I'm myself with each passing month

I've kept it together with each infertility obstacle concentrating on the next scan or next hospital meeting or test and was always so hopeful that it would happen eventually.

I really believed the reason for my infertility was due to not ovulating properly and believed clomid would fix me and give me by baby. I believed

However with each failed cycle I died inside a little more and more

So now it's time for ivf which I dread as I have a needle phoebia and I'm really pinning hopes on this last chance.

The hubby and I did everything right this time.

Started the clomid pills on a relaxing holiday in Turkey, baby danced everyday of my fertile week with preseed, took baby aspirin and used progesterone cream during my luteal phase and made it to the end of my two week wait. Now I'm 3 days late.

Pregnancy tests daily so far are negative but I'm starting to feel confident it will turn positive in 4 days ( 21dpo) fingers crossed and baby dust !!!!
