When did you tell your boss about your baby?!

I am currently at 8weeks however I am terrified to tell my boss too soon. She knows we had a miscarriage on Febuary but I was told to wait till the 12 week marker. We will be on a company trip but we also have a lunch on two weeks... when did you tell your bosses?!

I told my boss at 5 weeks. We use chemicals and do a lot of heavy lifting, she was very supportive. Do what feels right

About 10 weeks I think. I wanted to wait longer but I was SO sick every day that I had to tell him why haha

I am having the same dilemma. We are going on a business trip for a week when I am 10 weeks. I really would rather not tell them, but it will be obvious when I don't order wine at dinner

I just told mine this last week when I was 13+3. I probably would have waited longer as I'm not showing but we were reviewing clients I work on and I needed him to know so we can plan for the next 12-24 months. He was fine about it. I am kindof hoping he doesn't tell a lot of other people in the office though as I'd rather wait a bit longer before everyone knows.

I told my boss at 21 weeks (was away from 17 - 21). Obviously it was obvious by this time.

Being a female & having to slay/battle everyday with males my level or higher I wanted to keep it a secret.. pregnant women are almost sent to the corner until they go on mat leave at my work!

My boss was excited for me & asked if it was a honeymoon baby - older, but religious which is why I had to EXPLAIN we were cooking it for 4 months before the wedding..

Anyway, I don't always drink at work lunches/dinner so no one guessed anything was up when I ordered my go to sparkling water. Party animal!

I told mine today because i got the ob to finally call to make appointments and since i will be going to apppointments either in the morning or late aftrrnoon and missing work i told him and i am 9 wks and a few days
