Anyone else pregnant with a 5 month old?

Today I found out I am 4 weeks pregnant! I'm so stressed... This makes my 5th baby, but my husbands 2nd! I have a 5 month old already. We are stable and have a great marriage but I did not expect to be pregnant so soon. Help!
