Is this positive or yet ANOTHER indent? UPDATE Pink line after time limit?

Hi all,

So bit of background ... I'm now 4 weeks late for my period with no sign of her turning up. I've had loads of problems with indents on FRERs, so now trying ICs (I have one step midstream, 10miu). Anyway, been testing everyday with not so much as a squinted / probable EVAP, but today this appeared within 3 mins... Is this it or an EVAP again? Don't wanna get my hopes up!

Ok so I just got home from work, looked at my test again and it now looks like this! I know you're supposed to discard them, but I always leave tests lying around, and I've never seen an EVAP like this. I've made the doctor take my blood as they don't believe I could be pregnant. Has anyone had a false positive like this after the time limit?

Thought I'd update with this morning's test. Still faint but I think I see something?

I just wanted to update you all in case anyone finds this thread on a search. On the day the above test was taken I went to my doctor and insisted they take bloods. I got my results today, and had a hcg level of 1 (so not pregnant). So the above faint lines were completely false. I won't be trusting these tests again. Now just to figure out why I've missed 2 periods...

Update: these stupid faint lines don't seem to be getting any darker. Not getting anything on FRER. I'm guessing bad evaps. How can I now have mixed TWO periods?! And I'm feeling awful, tired, cramps (but more to one side than period), stabbing pains in boobs. Sorry just wanted to vent! Here's today's IC test.

Hmm, couldn't see even a squinter on today's test. I may try later with a FRER. I'll keep posting updates (as I always want to know these things turn out when I see the threads!).

It's invalid once you open the test, but if the line was there before I would retest in 2-3 days with fmu to be sure.
