How do I cope?

Found out I was pregnant last week and was so so excited and then yesterday I took another test to see that lovely dark line but it was barely noticeable,I got extreme cramps and have begun bleeding heavily now,I just don't know how to cope I feel so emotional and can't stop crying

It is so hard to experience a miscarriage. But the thing that I kept having to remind myself is that usually it's related to a chromosome abnormaility or something isn't right and the embryo isn't able to continue growth in the healthy way it should. It's natures way of letting go of embryo's that can't go any further in the pregnancy journey. It's hard. At the same time many people go on to have healthy pregnancies after a mc. It's around 1 in 4 pregnancies and unfortunately happens to a lot of people. It's a tough time but things get better. If you feel you aren't moving through your grief in a month or two it would be a good idea to seek help from professionals or a pregnancy loss support group. I can recommend SANDS (Stillbirth And Neonatal Death Support) - it includes miscarriage too. This service is in Australia, not sure about the rest of the world.

Same thing happened to me, I only knew for a week and wen I went for my second blood test my levels had dropped. Devastating 😭

I'm so sorry. I had to swallow my pride and start seeing a counsellor after my first mc. Unfortunately I think I might be miscarrying again 😔
