Mine was positive 2 days in a row. I ended up ovulation around 10 pm on the day of my second test (I felt the little sharp craps while I was in bed)

Took another test in the morning and it was neg

So BD :)

Some people are high for a few days before they peak and ovulate. You really should be confirming with digital OPK.
