I have a red bump at the bottom of my armpit. It is very painful. Feels like a swollen zit with a lot of pressure. But there is not white head. Could this be mastidis? Or would it have to be on my breast? It is very tender.

Armpit is still breast tissue. I'd call your dr about mastitis. That can make you pretty sick pretty fast.

If you go to squeeze it, do you fell all.oat like a mass under your skin? If so, it almost a type of boil -- you can take a needle (sterilize it) and poke it in the middle of the red dot -- you shouldn't feel the needle, and actually it usually so deep under the skin, that you feel like you could put the whole needle in (don't lol) .. then squeeze the crap out of it. First you with get blood then a bunch of bloody pus. May need to do that for a few days. Eventually the mass under the red dot will get smaller every time you express it. Also, a heat pack will help with the pressure.
