Implant
Hey Girls.
I got the implant done today. Had a very long chat about my options with my doctor.
Here's the thing with me, I was on the pill, but my doctor suggested that I stop taking for now as my husband lives in another country and I'm always flying back and forth to see him. The flight is 14 hours so I am at risk of blood clots.
Also I'm a little overweight and again she said its not best if I'm flying a lot whilst being overweight.
(It's only temporary.. I just got married so we've been eating out and celebrating so much I've put on a lot of weight 🙈🙈🙈) but I'm dieting now so I'll go back down to normal soon.
So she suggested that I look at other contraception.
The implant seemed best for me. Once it's in I can forget about it. And if there are any problems I can have it taken out straight away.
The procedure was fine. Didn't hurt at all. Just annoying j can't get my arm wet for the week 🙈
