Deferred
Can anyone tell me if once a charge is deferred how it can help? My husband got a misdemeanor weed charge last year in Oklahoma and it's deferred as of next month, but I honestly don't know if that helps any or not. Or what it means really either 😂
Also, I'm not asking for judgement for it, I'm just curious what it means.
