Blood results

Hi all so I'm 35 expecting my second. My first blood results came back as a downs risk of 1 in 10,000. Just got my sequential back from the first anatomy scan and its 1 in 315. My doctor isn't overly concerned but it's s huge jump. Going for genetic counseling. Anyone have this happen? Feeling concerned. Thanks so much!
