First plane ride & anxiety
I'm 23 years old. My husband and I are planning on traveling this fall by plane. It will be the first time I've been on a plane. Although it won't be a long ride I'm having a lot of anxiety so I have tried not to think about it. I know as it gets closer I will be more anxious. How can I prepare myself for this? Tips? Advice?
