What's the earliest you feel nausea?
I'm 6DPO and I just took my prenatals this morning with food and I feel sick. I also had breakfast with it so it wasn't on an empty stomach. Previously I had prenatals without food and felt sick. I'm also getting a slight headache and really really need a coffee right now but am resisting.
