is bee pollen safe with prenatals?
i heard that bee pollen has alot of vitamins in it & i dont wanna over dose those vitamins.
my vitamins consist of: prenatals with 800mcg of folic acid, 200 mcg of selenium, 2000 iu of vitamin d3, 99mg of potassium, 1000mg of cocnut oil, 100 mg of coq10.
does my vitamin list sound safe? i also have bee pollen i want to add to the list. i have a very deficent diet as i dont have much time between work & school. ive been ttc for 3+ years
