Have you done the Atkins diet?

So a friend suggested the Atkins diet to me. Said she was on it for about 2 months before she got pregnant. Has anyone else done the Atkins Diet?

Don't actually know what it involves but isn't that meant to be a really bad diet. Like no good for you at all!

I have used the diet on and off as needed. I found i dropped weight quickly, but it took my body 1 or 2 weeks for my body to get use to it. Def read about it.

Yes and as soon as I quit with it I gained back double what I had lost. I lost a lot (30 lbs) in q very short amount of time but it wasn't worth it

I would also recommend it, but depending on your Story. If you are considering it YOU NEED TO READ THE BOOK.!
