Cramping in early pregnancy?

Anyone get cramps around 4 weeks and everything end up okay? 
I had a MC in March and I really wanted to stay positive and hope for the best but these cramps are scaring me.

Mild to moderate cramping is very normal!

I am 6 weeks today and today was the first day I didn't have any cramping. I was cramping before I even got my bfp and it continued until yesterday. It was very frequent at first but they slowed and because my more sparse as the days went on. I have heard that it is your ligaments loosening preparing for pregnancy.

I'm 4.5 weeks and been cramping for over a week but doc says ok I been going for ultrasounds every 3 days and level checks just because my last pregnancy was a tubal 6 years ago

Yes, I'm 5 weeks and have had lots of cramping and even a little spotting. This is my 6th pregnancy (all previous m/cs). I'm really hoping this one sticks.
