Hubby asked me and IDK...

Suchhh a strange question, but here it goes. My Hubbie and I have been married for 6 months and during that period we've only not had sex on one day.  (When he first got strep 😅) He asked me today if continuously coming for that many days in a row affects your sperm count? How about after multiple times in a day? I wasn't sure what to tell him...?
