Question

So I'm on my period and my pms has been getting worse. I've been having really bad nausea, constipation and cramps. I did some looking online but I cant find anything to really explain it.

I'm 20 and I got my first period at 13, so why would the symptoms get worse now? I'm confused.

Short answer: bodies are stupid and they like to do weird shit.

Pretty much every woman I know has had their period get more intense around ages 19-23. I don't know why, but mine did it too. I used to have a light flow with no symptoms, now I have a heavy flow with every symptom ever. Not fun.

You might be experiencing PMDD I worse form of PMS .. Pmdd actually can cause depression and most of the symptoms your describing .. I would talk to your Dr .. Don't ignore it .. If you feel some things off or not right don't ignore
