Day 5 of period blues
Does anyone else towards the end of their period get really down?
Always around this time I get really teary, snappy and generally miserable. Bless my partner who puts up with me..
What do you do to help?
I just get so flat, don't want to do anything or go anywhere. Then 2 days later I'm fine!
