Has anyone ever flew to another country while pregnant ? How did you handle the flight ?

I just flew to Mexico at 14 weeks pregnant. It was a 6 hour flight. The flight was fine, the only thing was, I was still getting morning sickness so that didn't help. Having a lot of snacks and drinks worked for the most part.

Yes. Flew from London to NYC at 5-6 weeks pregnant. Flew from London to South Korea 2 weeks ago! Lots of water, lots of stretching and walking around. Also snack on high carb things. I found the traveling made my nausea worse but I handled it ok. The sick bags came in handy! 😌

I did a 4 hour flight at 14 weeks and at 20 weeks and it was easy. I did a 10 hour flight at 30 weeks and it was unpleasant.

I was around 20 weeks. Doc just said to get up every hour (which I had to to pee anyway) and move your feet and ankles around to keep the blood flowing. I was super uncomfortable on the way back because i got constipated on the trip. Wish I would've brought some fiber and stool softeners. Overall it wasn't much different than a normal trip. I was so sick I was throwing up!! Some lady had a bag of smart food popcorn and it made me nauseous!! My flight back was the worse

I move from the states to Europe when I was 16 weeks pregnant with my second. I've flown back to the states while pregnant with two of my other children. I was 24 weeks one time and 20 another time. I've done it with 2 or 3 layovers each time and the longest flight is about 10 hours. Make sure you wear something COMFORTABLE and bring snacks! Get up to walk on your flight every 2 hours and make sure you stretch your legs and roll your ankles while seated
