Cramping...

Does anyone cramp on one side only? I've freaked myself out by Google. Says it could be a ectopic pregnancy. But when I went to the ER. They said I had a cyst on one. That there was a yolk sac in the uterus. Just confused. First pregnancy ever. 5 weeks and 3 days
