Something wrong with my pancreas?

I'm 16 and for a couple years now very rarly when I eat too much sugar food like lollies and nothing else I get pains in my stomach like my pancreas and I don't know what it is please help hurts so bad I need to sit in a ball

You would need to have your suger levels checked to indicate if its a suger issue causing the pancreas to react. If your diabetic then this can be the cause. Gallblader is usually greasy or oily foods.

Maybe it's ur gallbladder and that starts to hurt when u drink milk or eat oily foods ... you should really go see ur Doctor might be something serious
