Are these contractions or what??

Baby is moving a ton today. Kicking up and pushing her head way down. I swear it's like she's trying to push her way out. I'm feeling pain in my lower lower abdomen under my belly, in my bum area, and my lower back. The pain comes sharp and goes away slowly. Baby is still squirming about too. It's not regular as far as I can tell. I'm very uncomfortable in general too. Is it baby pushing out? Irregular contractions? Me dialating? Help!!!
