I'm feeling pretty proud of myself at the moment 😊

Squish is now 6 days old, we had some issues getting her latch right, which resulted in very badly "grazed" nipples. (owwies!) Poor bubs was struggling to get a good mouthfuls, as I have larger breasts, and flatter nipples. My milk came through very quickly, (day three, I swear, one minute my boobs were fine, the next, engorged!)

My midwife gave me a nipple shield, and we haven't looked back! 😄 I'm hoping that once I've healed up a bit, I can ween bubs off the nipple shield without too much trouble.
