Precum is originally a lubricant to help the sperm get to the egg because the vagina is acidic it is natural and its gonna happen if he ejaculates or not the only time precum has sperm in it is after ejaculation and if the dude pees it will be cleared because of the acid in pee. There is a chance you can get pregnant for the precum because of previous ejaculation but a very small percent of women do.
