Random Blood Clot

Sorrg if tmi! I just got back to my hotel and I went to the toilet and when I wiped I had a very small blood clot which was with very light blood and my normal clear discharge.

I had my period about 2 weeks ago, but I took Plan B about a month ago (due to being given the wrong information about some medication I was given). So I'm wondering if this is just my body playing up after taking Plan B or if this is a sign of implantation bleeding? I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms.
