Did anyone else just NOT feel pregnant at 6w3d?

I've had slight occasional nausea, random slight cramps, and tender boobies. I'm starting to worry about my little bean.. I just assumed I was supposed to be feeling pregnant by now. 😒

You may not feel pregnant for a few more weeks. I was like that with my first baby. Didn't have many symptoms besides tender breasts and neasuea but your body is slowly making baby. Not very rapidly so your body hasn't had anything go on yet. Give it time girly. I'm 4 weeks 4 days with my second and I don't feel pregnant yet. But normally around 10 weeks you'll start to feel pregnant.

Except for EXTREME bloating I don't feel pregnant at all (6w4d currently). With my first (last year) I was SO sick to the point of the dr prescribing something. So this time once I found out I immediately started taking my unisom/B6 combo and haven't had any issues so far. Although pumping tonight for my son my nipples were super sensitive and my milk production dropped substantially which I was told is common.

Did anyone else just NOT feel pregnant at 6w3d?
