Cramps
Is there anything I can do to subside these cramps. They aren't bad at all during the day but shortly after I lay down for bed all through the night they are terrible. I wake up numerous times and even cried about them. Doctor said it was completely normal but I'm not sleeping due to them. Iv taken Tylenol and use a heating pad but nothing seems to help
