When should I take my pill?

I'm starting birth control. My first class starts at 9am when school starts so I want to keep that in mind. I hate mornings but I heard that people tend to forget more if they take it at night.

I have an alarm set on my phone for 9pm, just a reminder to keep it fresh in my head for before I go to bed. If you take it in the morning, keep in mind holidays, vacations, breaks, summer, weekends, all that kind of stuff. Because if you chose 9am because you have a class, what happens next semester when youre first class is 11:30 and you sleep until 10:30. You dont wanna be forced to wake up at 9am all the time, ya know? Lunch time or nightitme makes it easier in my opinion!

Honestly just have a think about what fits your lifestyle. I take mine at 4pm as it fits around sixth form and work.

I take mine at night because i wake up late usually and hate the mornings. I take mine at 10pm everyday and it's been pretty easy for me to remember. The only bad part was when I first started taking it, I would wake up in the middle of the night and feel like I had to vomit (but I never really did).

When I first started taking the pill I would take it in the morning, but it would make me feel sick so after talking to my doctor she recommended taking it at night. Also I never wake up at the same time everyday. I just keep mine on my bathroom counter so when I wash my face and brush my teeth for bed, I also take my pill. I also have an alarm set everyday at 10pm reminding me, but by now it's just habit.

I always take mine at 9:30pm mainly because I never wake up at the same time every day. I have an app called mypill and it tells me when to take my pill so I never forget
