I was on the depo injection and pill for about 3 years, I had to come off the pill because I kept forgetting to take it, I then went to the clinic and they told me to take the injection, I was on this without a break for about 2-2 and a half years maybe! My periods returned very irregular after about a month to 6 weeks, the doctor gave me some pills to regulate my periods this worked and my periods didn't regulate until about 7 months after coming off the injection. My periods are all back to normal now and very regular! I have no problems with them what so ever me!👌🏻
