Nt Sure Wat Too Anymore Sme Help Please

Ok so i dnt know whats goin on with me and niether does anybody else. Im tired of saying im in pain and no one beleives me they jus laugh it off...Ok so monday i started my period and tuesday bleeding was heavy so i took the pill yaz to make the bleeding slow up a lil didnt wrk 😒 had intercouse that day n he finished in me i believe..so Thrusday my period ended n yestrday i started spotting for a few hrs it was a bright pink color.Last night went too the hospitial complanin tht i had cramps all tha way dwn to my right leg n tht it felt like it was goin numb.. Hospitial really didnt help much but sent me hme wit pain meds. Monday was the only day i took yaz Stupid ik.. But now im layin here crying because my cramps are more intense n they're dwn in my right leg agaiin.. Im nt sure if the spotting was due too implation or wat because ik sperm can like from 3-5 days so is it possible i could be pregnant also..
