I'm 7 weeks and 1 day and I don't feel pregnant, every couple days I feel nauseous in the mornings but rarely, sometimes light cramping on my left side and dizziness when I get up quickly, does anyone else not have many symptoms at 7 weeks, and also.. I was super excited when I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks but after time is passing I just keep having this horrible thought in my mind that I'm gonna have a miscarriage but then another part of me feels like the baby is gonna stay and be healthy, I think I have depression, but the kind girls get when there pregnant, Of course I'm happy in pregnant, this is my first time ever, but after reading stuff on here and how miscarriages happen just out of no where scares me and makes me lose hope my baby won't make it :(
