Trying to conceive

Trying to conceive I have two children already a boy 4 years old and a girl 3 years old I had my copper coil out nearly a year ago and have been trying since with no luck but irregular periods to this day before I had coil they were on time every time then 3 weeks ago I had letz treatment for abnormal cells and not allowed intercourse until next week but any advice would be really great ! Want another baby 😔
