I've been trying to get pregnant for 3 months and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I don't understand how people can get accidentally pregnant or pregnant on the first time. But I can't seem to get pregnant. I can't help but get slightly upset and depressed. 😔 Any advice or tips.

Just try to relax. You only have a 20% chance on any given cycle. Some couples take up to a year to conceive. That being said you can track your cycle with opks to help you determine your best chances. Have sex the day of the positive and the day after. And remember try not to stress bc stress can cause abnormal cycles.

Don't stress about it. 3 months is nothing yet. Some go years trying. On another note, try ovulation predictors. Will narrow down your days to the tee in case your off there. Also, only try every other day at most when you are fertile. Sperm need a chance to mature. Some people try everyday and that is one problem. Also, don't stress. The more you stress about it, the more tense your body will become and it will make a difference. Good luck. Hope it happens soon for you.

Take your mind off of it. Just make love to your man. Enjoy the intimacy. Don't make it a job!!! Just relax. Although my pregnancy isn't a mistake it definitely wasn't planned!!!! It just happened. So allow it to just happen. And if it's that frustrating then PRAY and ask God for your heart's desire...that is 100% promising. Not when you want but when it's time.

We were trying for about 7 months. We decided after 6 months we would trust in God to let us know when it was our time if we were supposed to be parents. The next month we became pregnant. I think sometimes stressing makes it more difficult for it to happen. Good luck. Don't lose your faith

We were trying for about 4 months to conceive and although that was such a short time I got fed up with it and just stopped caring. So we stopped trying and focused on us and getting ourselves together. Then when we least expected it I realized I hadn't got my period, now I'm due in 2 months.

Not everyone's body is the same. It takes the average couple 6 months to conceive. Calm down and keep trying. Stressing is not helping you out.

I'm gonna tell you what did it for me. I would check my cervix and honestly I didn't know what the hell I was checking for....so a good girlfriend of mine told me to check my cervical mucus and when it's clear watery crystal like THATS the time to get busy. So back in January (this year) I had the clear stuff going on so I told SO and said ok let's get busy. We had sex on the 5th and 7th or 8th. I got my positive test on January 31st. It seemed like MONTHS went by and nothing!! Took us 9 months to figure it out. So try keeping an eye on your CM! Good luck!!!!

3mths is not long it can take at least a year. It took me 10 years trying to conceive.
