My cheating ass boyfriend

So me amd my boyfriend been together almost a year. Recently I found out that while I was at work he was having sex with another female in my car. Then he came and picked me up right after hugging and kissing on me. I just don't understand how you can do that to someone. Then the girl texted me telling me everything like he didnt use a condom and the only thing he said was "block and delete the bitch". I have never felt this amount of anger, betrayal, and heartbreak in my life. Then a couple of days later I found out that he'd cheated 3 different times with three different girls WITH NO CONDOM, I've been having a weird discharge and im going to the doctor tomorrow to see what's what. I swear if he gave me something I'm gonna kill him. I did everything for him and this is how I get repaid then on top of it all. It was in MY CAR. I literally had to ask for an apology he was just so nonchalant aboit it.
